At Pro Plus India, we aim to deliver your tech swiftly, securely, and with complete transparency.

Shipping Across India
  • Prepaid Orders:We offerfree shippingon all prepaid orders across India.
  • Delivery Time:Orders typically arrive within4–6 business daysafter dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
  • Order Processing:All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within1–2 working days(excluding Sundays or public holidays).
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
  • A shipping confirmation emailwith your order tracking number.
  • A direct link to the courier portalfor real-time tracking updates.
  • We strongly recommend customers track their shipment and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.
Customer Responsibility
  • To ensure smooth delivery:
  • You must provide accurate name, mobile number, and addressduring checkout.
  • Any incorrect information resulting in delays, lost packages, or failed deliverieswill be the customer's responsibility.
  • In case of re-attempted deliveries due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, additional charges may apply.
Taxes & Duties

All listed prices are inclusive of GSTand applicable duties for deliveries within India. There areno hidden chargesat checkout.

Unforeseen Delays

In rare cases, shipments may be delayed due to:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Operational backlogs
  • Courier issues
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

Pro Plus India is not liable for such delaysbut we will do our best to assist in resolving issues quickly.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We understand that shopping online sometimes needs flexibility. Here's how we manage returns and cancellations:

Returns

We do not accept returnsfor products unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Important:To be eligible for support, you must share anunboxing video within 24 hoursof delivery showing the issue (missing, wrong, or damaged item). No claims will be entertained without this video proof.

Exchanges
  • If your product is found to be faulty or damaged on delivery (with valid proof), we may offer a repair or one-time replacement.
  • Exchange decisions are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

All reverse logistics (return shipping) must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Pro Plus India will cover re-shipping costs only ifthe issue is validated from our end.

Cancellations
  • You may cancel your order only if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • We do not offer monetary refunds. However, you can:
  • Get a store credit for the same amount, or
  • Use the value towards another product of equal or higher value by paying the difference.
How to Raise an Issue

If your product was damaged or something went wrong:

  1. Email usat: support@proplusindia.in
  2. Subject line:Order ID + Issue Type (e.g. Damaged Product)
  3. Attach the unboxing videoand images clearly showing the issue.

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with the next steps.

📦 An unboxing video is mandatoryto claim for a wrong, empty, or damaged delivery. Claims without this proof will not be entertained.
