Order Delivery & Dispute Policy

1. Delivery Confirmation Policy

All orders shipped through our trusted logistics partners are considered successfully delivered when:

  • The delivery partner marks the order status as Delivered in their system.
  • The delivery is confirmed via OTP, digital signature, GPS scan, or photo proof.
  • No delivery exception is reported by the courier.

Once a shipment is marked Delivered, it is treated as final and fulfilled unless disputed within the terms outlined below.

2. Prepaid Order Cancellation & Return Policy

We understand that sometimes customers may change their minds. Here's how cancellations and returns work in prepaid orders:

A. Before Invoice is Generated

If a prepaid customer raises a return/cancellation request before the invoice is generated:

  • The request will be processed smoothly.
  • The customer is eligible for a 100% refund or replacement under our 7-Day Return Policy.
  • No cancellation charges will apply.
*The invoice is generally generated 1224 hours before dispatch.*

B. After Invoice Is Generated & Product Is Out for Delivery

If a cancellation or return request is made after the invoice is generated and the product is on its way to the customer:

    • The order will be delivered as scheduled.
    • The customer must accept the delivery.
    • After receiving the product, the customer can initiate a return within 45 days under our 45-Day Return Window.
    • The product must be unused, sealed (if applicable), and returned with all accessories.
*Refusal to accept a prepaid product at the door may result in deduction of shipping and handling charges during refund processing.*
3. Claims of Order Not Received After Delivery Confirmation

If a customer claims non-receipt despite the product being marked Delivered:

    • The customer must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery time.
    • A declaration of non-receipt must be submitted.
    • We will raise an investigation with the courier partner (takes 57 business days).
    • During the investigation, no immediate refund or replacement will be processed.
4. False Claims & Fraud Prevention

Making a false claim after confirmed delivery will be treated as fraudulent behavior. In such cases:

    • The claim will be rejected based on courier verification.
    • The customer may be blacklisted from placing future orders.
    • Legal action may be initiated under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian laws.

To ensure timely and safe delivery:

    • Enter your correct address and phone number.
    • Track your shipment via the link shared by us or the courier partner.
    • Be available to receive the delivery.
    • Do not share OTPs unless you've physically received the item.
